Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: Being in Choir and Spanish.
Q: What are you most proud of from this year?
A: I’m most proud of my grades and getting work on time.

Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: The new friends that I have gained, they are all very important to me.
Q: What new skills or knowledge did you gain this year?
A: I learned how to balance my social life with my school life, organizing my schedule.
Junior Maddie Velasquez
Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: Meeting new people and becoming new friends with so many more people. Doing my own thing, joining new clubs and really getting out there.
Q: How has your thinking grown or changed this year?
A: I realized that some situations are just out of your control and you have got to let it happen and everything will be fine. There will always be a solution for everything, you just have to work towards it.
Junior Alejandro Portillo
Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: Being a part of the music concerts and performing.
Q: What new skills or knowledge did you gain this year?
A: Just go with the flow, let things happen and just deal with what life gives you.
Senior Jade Banuelos
Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: Going to prom, because all my friends were there and we got to hang out and have a bunch of fun.
Q: What is the most important lesson high school has taught you?
A: To get out of my comfort zone, because every time I did something that made me scared or nervous I always ended up better for it and it made me more confident to be able to do more things.

Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: The Pawprint Literary Magazine awards. When we did the Demske Ceremony, awarding students their awards and hearing them read their works aloud and unveiling our beautiful magazine is always really exciting and empowering for students.
Q: What was the most rewarding experience you had this year?
A: I really enjoyed being featured for a couple scenes in the Sound of Music. It was really fun just to be a part of it and see the behind the scenes and how much work goes into it, so it was really rewarding.

Q: What has been your highlight of this year?
A: Getting our brand new piano for choir, taking my choir class to the Grammy Museum and releasing an album. Seeing students learn and grow, it’s amazing seeing them apply themselves.
Q: What are you most proud of accomplishing this year?
A: The spring musical, doing intense harmonies with little kids and our nuns and they sounded great.
