Through trials and tribulations, Ventura County Animal Services (VCAS) has succeeded in finding a loving home for animals and for reuniting lost pets with their owner. But without volunteers and the community, this could not be possible. VCAS talks about the most significant issues they are currently facing, and the ways one can help.
