Ava Okun, Staff Writer
Junior Ava Okun is a first year journalist and a Staff Writer. She runs varsity cross country and track for Buena Highschool. Although living in Ventura for the moment Ava has lived all over the world, such as Italy, Bahrain and Virginia. Having seen so many different cultures, she awaits the moment when she can travel even more later in life. In her free time Ava enjoys reading at the beach and chasing the sunsets with her friends, although she hasn’t lived by the beach for long she doesn’t know what she would do without the ocean breeze in her life. After high school she plans on attending college in Virginia, and making a career out of her creativity.
