After three years of public disappearance, Harry Styles kicked off his first night back of his “Together, Together” tour in the Johan Cruiff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands on May 16, 2026. This new tour celebrates his fourth studio album, “Kiss All The Time, Disco Occasionally..” that was released March 6, 2026.
Throughout this first show, Styles and fans appearance were inspired by his various albums and distinct fashion style; wearing jewels, leather and of course, fashionably bright colors that you can see from miles away.
Much alike with the album, this tour is all about dance, fun and magic that’s found within everyone’s inner voice. In this new era that Styles has created, it’s a very simplistic view on things and a “It’ll get the job done” mentality. Yes, he was running around the stage doing absolutely nothing but sing, yet that’s the fun that Styles has made for fans over the years.
In recent years, singers have been a little over the top with concerts. It’s either a huge production with a three hour concert or little interludes that drive fans crazy. With Styles, it’s him up there in front of 50,000 people and a mic, opening this brand new tour, saying, “my name is Harry, and it’s an absolute pleasure to be here.”
This first show in Amsterdam, he confessed that he didn’t think people would come, stating the feeling to be “when no one is showing up to your birthday party”. That’s a very casual thing to say when breaking ticket sale records of 450,000 for only the 10 nights in Amsterdam alone, or releasing music that top charts every single consecutive time.
And that is Harry Styles; he can do nothing and still win our hearts over. With this tour, it’s exactly what he did.
His tracklist perfectly blended all of his eras into one, almost as if we all were looking back on his remarkable single-named career. “Are You Listening Yet?” marking the very first song of the tour, had bold intentions and it was clear. By itself, this song stood out on the album, being an eye-opener to everyday life and the world. Now, as he’s back in action, this anthem has every right to be so powerful.
As the night went on, the tempo had been brought down, finalizing the first show with “Fine Line”, a classic, emotional tribute to his fans and life over the years.
Styles has set an example of a mentality that should be used forever in the music industry: Do what you do but have fun along with it. In this sense, when looking back throughout his career, it is all that he has done. And with this eye-opener of a tour, it is sure to say that this one will be for the books.
